Nice place to stay for a couple of nights, very close to West station, easy to reach. Nice buffet-type breakfast. Late check out and luggage storage were also available.

I love Ibis hotels because the beds are very comfortable and cosy. The blackout curtains help you to relax and get a good night's sleep. The breakfasts are extensive and varied. There is also underground parking. I will come again — thank you!

Great location, close the West station, walkable distance. Good bus connections with many places in the city. Much faster to get to south than from the city center. Convenient for early morning trains.

Friendly and polite staff. Clean. Chef with a creative spark. The menu is not large, but constantly changing. You can make fresh juice for breakfast (there is a juicer). Delicious! Convenient location.

The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. The staff were very friendly. It’s clean, but there are a few shortcomings, which is why I’m giving it 8 out of 10 rather than 9 or 10. And the hotel is getting on a bit. You can tell from the furnishings and the wear and tear in the rooms.

The whole experience with this hotel was great! The personnel was amazing, very friendly. I was able to check in almost 2 hours earlier because my room was already available. The bed was very comfortable, and I was surprised how quiet there was at night. Air conditioning worked perfectly, there was plenty fresh air and then I was able to increase the temperature when it got colder. The location is very convenient if you travel to/from the West Train Station or Chopin airport.

Lovely hotel, the room is clean and comfortable. The room also has a kettle and cups, as well as coffee and tea. The staff is very nice and always willing to help. The restaurant cooks deliciously.
