I was transferred to Ibis ostrabrama and money supposed to be refunded ,but nothing happened since , why ?

“Canonical Ibis”
Well, It's an Ibis. You know what that means. It's basic, but comfortable, clean. Far from the city centre, but you can catch trains very close. Also, buses to Warsaw Modlin Airport.

“Perfect location, amazing staff, comfy room.”
Employees were very friendly, everyone is able to speak English. Room had everything for a short stay: comfy bad, shower, toilet, sink, tv and shelves. Many thanks to the male employee who helped me check in and sort out my booking mistake (it was around 2:00 am).

It’s like paradise: private bathroom, private toilet, the price worth everything there, comfortable bed, tv, safe and clean room, friendly and helpful staff, especially Igor on reception. There is a nice neighborhood around this location, supermarket in the next building, quiet suburbs around, and it’s only 5 min walk from railway station which can took you to the airport in 20 min.

“B&B hotel”
I just needed to sleep and connected to the internet, so this hotel answered to my needs. nothing fancy, just clean, simple place to sleep. i could part just outside the hotel, because it was a dead-end due to construction on the main road.

“There was no stay. I had to sit at the reception for coupleof hours to catch a train ride instead of sleeping as schedul”
I booked the hotel, got the confirmation and upon arrival I was told there is no room available. It was at night without the possibility to find any other accommodation.
