“Good room, but poor communication and lack of basic services”
We stayed at the Carter Hotel for a night. What about the room, it was quite good and met all our expectations.

“The most awful experience”
It was an awful experience. How did they get a license to accommodate people? This place is on the airplane landing path, Chopin airport is 6 km away. Planes are constantly landing and all the noise inside Hotelik Kartel is felt as if standing outside in the airport. No sound isolation, In addition to landing airplanes, every word, step and water drop from the neighbor rooms, corridors and exit door slamming keeps you from rest and sleep. Don't get cheated by the looks. Personnel does not speak English.

Nice place, nice building with a beautiful courtyard and gazeboes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everything in the room was pretty good. Size of room was comfortable.

“Perfect place to stay before a flight, though some details could be improved.”
The location is close to both the bus station and the airport. The area is quiet and closed at night, so it feels safe. Great price compared to other options in the city.
