This was the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. The place smelled extremely bad from the moment we entered — a strong, unpleasant odor that never went away. On top of that, it was incredibly dirty. It clearly had not been properly cleaned: dust, stains, and general neglect everywhere. What’s even worse, the photos in the listing are completely misleading. The actual condition of the apartment is nothing like what is shown online. I would strongly advise avoiding this place. It does not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or honesty.

Despite having two reception desks I had to wait because the only one of them were providing check-in. Also considering the price I had to pay for parking, also they charged me 500 zl for room deposit and that wasn't clear when I was booking the apartment. Considering the level of hotel it looked weird.

Breakfast was excellent! Buffet AND free options from menu - best breakfast from all the places we stayed at. Beautiful room and bathroom, staff helped with finding the room and room key. Very good location! Traditional restaurants (and other) very close by.

“Made our stay in Warsaw so pleasant even though it was very cold and snowy the hotel was warm and welcoming.”
Everything about this property was great. It was out of season and not busy but even so it was in an excellent spot for the Old Town. The on site restaurant Foccacia was also excellent. The staff were all so polite and friendly. Would stay again.

Wonderful building very historical excellent location rooms top notch breakfast one of the best ive had ive stayed in many 5 star hotels in warsaw but you litteraly feel your staying in a palace would deffo stay again in the future and would reccomend it to anyone who wants a little bit of luxury

Location was brilliant. The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to help a family member who's wedding ring fell down the sink drain. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options.
