Everything was truly exceptional — 10/10 experience from start to finish. The hotel feels modern, elegant and very comfortable, with a beautiful atmosphere throughout the entire property. The room was spotless, spacious and perfectly maintained, and the city views were stunning. A special thank you for the warm hospitality and upgrade — it made our family stay even more memorable. The Executive Lounge was excellent, with great service, delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere after exploring Warsaw. The location is perfect, the staff was professional, welcoming and genuinely attentive, and every detail felt premium. One of the best Hilton experiences we have had.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. First of all, the room we were given was an accessible room for guests with disabilities, which we did not book or request. The room had various special installations, and the shower had only a small curtain instead of a proper glass door. When we complained (twice — both in writing and in person), we were told that the hotel was fully booked. Had this been clearly stated on the website, we would not have made the reservation. In addition, the hotel lacks basic amenities such as hand towels, shower caps, etc. When we complained about this as well, we were told that these items would be sent to our room the next day — but even that did not happen. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Zero customer care.

Hotel is closely located to the city centre, which means the Old Town is walkable. The facilities are Hilton-type of facilities which means a certain standard of quality is observed. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. The view from our room was very nice! We also enjoyed gaining access to the Executive Lounge which gave us the opportunity to enjoy a light snack after a long stroll in the town in -4C.
