“A good stay despite the things which need attention”
I didn't have time to contact the host but I would like to give some advices: the room radiator needs to be bleed. Is not warming properly In the bathroom the shower enclosure needs seall strips all around.

Staying in these apartments unfortunately spoiled our impression of Warsaw. After a long journey, we checked in very tired and just wanted to take a shower and rest. But when we picked up a towel, we noticed three long hairs on it. At first, we thought it was just a случайність and took another towel from the closet… but it had hair on it too. Saying we were shocked would be an understatement. We genuinely hesitated whether it was even safe to use those towels. We contacted the apartment management asking to replace them with clean ones, but did not receive any response even the next day. In the end, we had to remove the hair ourselves and be very careful using what was available. On top of that, there was a stale, unpleasant smell in the apartment — possibly due to poor ventilation or something else — but you can notice it immediately when you open the door. The apartment looks new in the photos, but in reality it is not. Everything is already worn out. The shower has yellow stains, and there is also a stain on the bathroom ceiling that looks like a leak. The room itself is very small, but in such cases you at least expect perfect cleanliness. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The only positives were bottled water and disposable slippers. Overall, I would not recommend staying in these apartments if you don’t want to ruin your experience in the city.

Staying at Wola Tower was a great experience. The building is modern and well-located, offering a fantastic urban vibe. The apartment was clean, stylish, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay in Warsaw. Perfect for both business and leisure!

“Wonderful”
Everything was just perfect. Location was really great, it is not so far from the old town, there are some food stores, bus and tram stops around. The balcony view, cleanliness of the property was amazing! Felt like home:)

The place was pretty cozy and clean. That was a good location for my needs, there are multiple convenient stores nearby, check in instructions were super clear!

“So poor quality apartment and very bad smell.”
Apartment was dirty, moldy, was smelling bad. The towels were torn. The pillowcase on the bed had some stains. I would definitely not choose it next time.

“Good choice for WARSAW EXPO XXI attendees”
The key was hidden in a lock box right next to the door. The apartment, though small, had everything I needed (a kitchenette with key utensils, an electric teapot, an iron, a hair dryer). The bed was comfy. There are a few supermarkets in the area, some coffee shops and a nice restaurant nearby.
