The location was excellent , it was 6 to 8 minutes walk to all major attractions of Istanbul. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help.

Staff were super helpful and airport transfer was so convenient! Our room was clean and modern, we felt comfortable and safe! We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was great!

“Comfortable, good value and great staff.”
The bed was very comfortable and the view was breathtaking. Although the room amenities were lacking a bit such as lack of coffee and cutleries, it was a very nicely set up room and we enjoyed our stay in comfort.

The hotel itself is not bad, but the woman who worked at the reception on the morning of November 20th, 2025 (I don’t know her name) was incredibly rude and disrespectful. What’s even worse, she charged me for breakfast even though it had already been paid for when I made the reservation. Her rude and unprofessional behavior left a very negative impression on me.

booked a airport view room which was excellent - would stay here again and recommend to friends. Asked reception for breakfast tea bags and milk as none in room. airport shuttle was a bonus otherwise would have to use taxi/public transport.

“Fourth stay, if I'm not mistaken, and the longest.”
Calm place to stay despite a busy road and airport nearby with planes taking off. I personally love watching planes. To be more precise, the sounds of the planes were better for me than the cars on the avenue. Still, the windows are great, and the rooms are soundproof if you want to cut off the sound. A big shopping mall near.
