“Convenience in the Centre of Waren”
The location, just around from the New Market is excellent. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities. The inner court provides a quiet area where you can have breakfast, lunch and, for those who wish to cook themselves, dinner.

“Very clean and excellent location!”
We were very happy with the apartment. It was very clean and the owner prepared it nicely with a welcome drink and snack, as well as toys for our baby, which were a huge plus. Our daughter played with them every day! The location is also excellent, we could visit the centre and harbour without our daughter getting fussy because everything was round the corner!

“Waren and the Lake District is superb.”
A spacious studio apartment near the centre of Waren. Local facilities, boat tours and bike hire along with small local supermarket and other shops. A 5 minute amble down to the lakeside with many restaurants and Eiscafe. The area is outstandingly beautiful and has many cycle and footpaths.

“newly renovated and very clean”
The host Katharina is exceptionally nice and will anser all queries immediately. The appartement is in the center of town so walking distance to everywhere but very quiet. We stayed in the appartment upstairs "Kölpinsee" which I can only recommend, it has the sun in the afternoon. Everything is new and freshly renovated, the kitchen was relatively well equiped, they had left us salt, pepper and some other spices as well as dish washing tablets and toilet paper. (I find it so petty when the hosts of appartements remove even the strict minimum like salt and oil from the former guests, so happy that Katharina obviously thinks the same:-). If you want to rent bikes I recommend you reserve them in advance, Katharina will give you the contact. They have a couple of parkings lots , make sure to ask her about one well in advance as they don't have them for everyone. There's a community room downstairs which we haven't used. I find the minimum stay of 5 nights generally problematic because we had only a long weekend but it's the same everywhere in the region and Katharina was accomodating as to let us stay only 4 nights.
