Very disappointed for this hotel,the location is far from town,drive at night is quite dangerous, the road is narrow and without road light,I need drive at least half an hour gp to town when went out,, the day time receptionist is not so friendly,my bed in the room is noisy, I feed back to them,they change another room for me,but the room also got problem,the toilet water pipe broken cause the water come out,they just passed me some floor towel that so,this is out of my expectation.

The staff is very nice with us, well support and fluently in English. They have welcome drink which is very good!!! I stay in the Limon L1 to L5, near to the reception and the restaurant. Staff process the check in and check out kinda quick.

Location is quiet and a bit far from busy area which peaceful. Staff are very helpful and welcome.

Very quiet place with very gentle and helpful staff. There are sounds of birds and insects like in a jungle and we saw a pair of hornbills just above the bungalow!

We enjoyed our stay even though the facilities could do with a refresh as they are a little old.

Great location, nice views and each cabin has its own private garden. The swimming pools are clean and not too cold, pool towels are supplied. Beds are comfortable ( a bit soft) decent coffee machine provided in the room. Breakfast is OK, you need to order omelets/ scrambled eggs etc from the staff as only soft boiled are provided at the buffet. Coffee is good!..thai food is limited( see negatives). The Hotel gardens are very well kept..its all very clean tidy and basically a very nice place to stay at!

The property is exceptionally clean, picturesque and nestled among vastness of green fields and mountains. The villa is surrounded by private gardens, and is out of this world with 360 views. The staff has been super nice. We re heated for a custom dinner for 5 people and the Chef did a superb job. Even my young kids fell in love with this place. The beds were the most comfortable ones when compared to 5 star places. And yes it’s much more beautiful than in the photos. Exotic heaven, calm and peaceful luxury.
