Everything was great, personnel, restaurant, beds, cleanliness, check-in even the surroundings were beautiful due to the beautiful park built for Landesgartenschau 2024. Even the electricity plugs had usb c charging sockets. I would not hesitate staying there again. Really great place for great value!

“Lovely and calm location with comfortable room and free parking”
The location was very calm but with groceries and restaurant close by. The room was comfortable, very clean and in good condition. We appreciated the free parking. The staff was friendly. We checked in a bit late so the restaurant in the same building helped us, everything was pre-prepared by the hotel. As I provided our details, late check in after reception and restaurant hours would have been possible as well. Check with the staff prior your arrival. We didn't dine there, but there is a restaurant in the same building which is great if you are famish and don't want to go anywhere. As an alternative there are three groceries within 10 mins walking distance.

“We we happy that we chose this hotel for our stay”
To be honest with you I only put 9 out of 10 because we had a little noisy neighbours, but all of the rest was very nice. The room was clean and cozy. Had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable! Staff was friendly and spoke English which is very rare in Germany. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and stay there again if we are there

We were staying in a Chalet Deluxe, which was exceptionally clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. I loved the floor heating on the ground floor. The heating was easily adjustable, so the whole place was warm enough. There was a washer/dryer in the bathroom that came in handy because we were travelling with children. The kitchen was well-equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

“Quite c”
The bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing. It was close to the motorway which would have been perfect if it were not for a diversion past roadworks. The location was quiet and peaceful.
