“from arrival to departure, a continuous positive experience”
Customer service. Design, quality of beds and linen. Possibility to sit with a coffee in the garden or inside. The historic city center is very close by. We were given a color map with historical places.

“A lot of value for money”
Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious for 3 guests. We booked the room without breakfast, and we were offered coffee and tea for free when we were checking out. Parking was super convenient and also for free.

“A great place to stay with your pet”
The staff especially the nice man at the reception were fenomenal. The breakfast buffet was impressive for a 3* hotel, a really nice and big selection. The hotel welcomes pets everywhere, what a nice sight to see! Very happy

“Great stay”
Great facility's motorbike secured in garage. Lovely garden to sit in. Free tea and coffee. Honesty fridge for beer and wine. Great staff. Wangen is a great little town plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was amazing lots of choice.

Nice, quiet but central location within walking distance of the old town with safe and free parking. Good sized room, clean and with comfy bed, well heated. Breakfast was good quality.

“Superb customer service!”
Superb customer service! Great attention to details. We arrived with our dog and were given a room with access to the garden for the dog to play outside at any time. We had everything we needed. Will visit again!
