Lovely character property in the heart of the beautiful old town. Spacious well equipped room. As it was a Saturday we were able to park at the front of the property.

Lovely character property in the heart of the beautiful old town. Spacious well equipped room. As it was a Saturday we were able to park at the front of the property.

“Relaxing stay after a long day on a motorcycle !”

The hotel location is excellent and right in the town, parking can be a little tricky but I was on a motorcycle and the hotel let me park in an underground garage just round the corner, it was a market day the next day or I could have left my motorcycle just outside the hotel. Breakfast was more than adequate for me, and was enjoyable. On the day I arrived the restaurant in the hotel was closed in the evening but I was pointed in the right direction to some good restaurants near by. There is a roof terrace which was a surprise and would be lovely to sit up there with a glass of wine or a beer, however I did not have the chance as I had to meet friends in town. Would happily stay here again. 😀

Central position in the fairytale historic part of Wangen in Allgäu. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast.

Breakfast was good ,everything fresh and plenty of choice . Location is excellent for the Altstadt and for exploring the town . Plenty of places to eat out in the evening , a lovely little town indeed.

Position, clean, free parking

staff at reception was superb! she volunteered her parking spot as our car was presumably slightly too high for the underground parking lot. room was spacious although a little old fashioned ( but atmosphere preferable to advironmentally costly modernisation). breakfast was ok although the lady in charge appeared somewhat stressed.

The Hotel is located at the most convenient point in the historic center of Wangen. Carola the Hotel Manager is the most helpful and kindest person i have ever met and her service was fantastic! Upon arrival they upgraded me to a better room for free. Wi-fi internet connection was very good and the breakfast was excellent. For sure when i visit Wangen, i will go back there again.
