The Moorings Motel and Apartments are just 5 minutes’ from Wanaka’s town centre and offer lakeside accommodation with views of the mountains. All rooms feature under-floor-heating and Netflix. We checked out on time and the male staff was being sarcastic and rude and told us we should check out on time when we DID. He is not willing to come down and take our keys…..

“Nice comfortable accommodation with lovely views”
Good location. We enjoyed the view. It was too cold to sit outside but it was nice that there was outdoor furniture on the balcony.

“Comfortable & great view”
Very comfortable unit with great view of lake. Couch in TV area, and an outdoor seating area. Underfloor heating in tiled areas was an unexpected bonus.

Fantastic location walking distance to town, cafes & lake.. Fabulous views as slightly elevated. The studio was well appointed, warm & comfortable with a private outdoor area. Our host was friendly & efficient. Many thanks
