Overview
A contemporary bed and breakfast in the heart of Wanaka Village, Te Wanaka offers free WiFi and a fully cooked breakfast made from local ingredients. Activities nearby include fly-fishing, hiking and skiing. The rooms at Te Wanaka feature their own en suite bathroom and small private balcony. Bathrobes are provided, along with natural toiletries. All rooms offer a flat-screen TV. The Lodge has a hot tub and spa available to guests. In-house expert massages are available. Guests can relax by the fireplace in the library area or enjoy some fresh air in the outdoor courtyard garden. Every morning, a fully cooked breakfast is served, accompanied with fresh juices. Afternoon tea, with home-baked dessert is served daily. Guests can also enjoy local beers and wines in the cellar bar. Te Wanaka is located within walking distance of the stunning Lake Wanaka, and the village’s restaurants, shops and golf course. Free private parking is available on site. In the winter months, Te Wanaka operates as a full-service ski lodge with traditional European-style Après-ski in the evenings. The slopes at Treble Cone, Cardrona, and Waiorau Snow Farm are under a half-hour drive away.

Great location, cosy lounges and communal areas with guest hot tub under verandah. Bed was comfortable and shower hot! We loved the free breakfast in the main dining communal areas with guest. Staff were happy cooking bacon and eggs for everyone. Also a selection of cereal, fruit and toast! The property had a very warm and friendly feel and our room was quiet overnight!

Staff are amazing. Breakfast is really good. We had scrambled eggs and bacon 1st day and 2nd da was eggs Benedict. Plenty cereals fruit juice, there is a room where you can use microwave and has free tea and coffee. Hot tub is available 1/2 slots. Rooms really comfy beds. Perfect location can walk to lake and the tree. Also cinema would recommend 3 min walk- they have the most delicious cookies at half time
