Great staff receptiom close earlier but some staff leave their so alway have someone to help. Clean place with change of bed sheet in a middle of rhe week for long stay.

This place felt like home-big well equipped kitchen like wow, you can find everything you would need, dinning room with sofas, tv, films, books, stuff to sew, paint, play, bossy cat, big garden. And all fellow travelers was nice, calm. Really nice place to stop and rest. Wanaka nice small city, calm and relaxing

Staff were nice and clean facilities bed was comfy an warm will definitely be back again.

Great location, great vibe, lovely garden with two hammocks and plenty of table space to eat and socialize. Also the manager was very helpful and accommodating

I'm an old bloke and it was my first backpackers accomm experience. I expected the worst and was constantly delighted. It also changed my opinion of the younger generation. They were uniformly polite, friendly and helpful. 5 Stars.

Really welcoming hosts, clean, nice guests, nice amount of space. Great location and really homey feel. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

The place was clean, a lot of light and the outside is very pretty. I really liked in !

It’s a backpacker place - classic one. The kitchen is very well equipped. Outdoor space is nice and cosy. Common bathrooms and toilet and acceptably clean. Rooms are very modestly sized. Noise is inevitable. Can be a good option for someone looking for an affordable was to spend a couple of nights and socialise.

The garden, with hammocks and a clothing line was nice in the warm sun. Bunkbeds all have their own little basket attached at the bedhead, which was great for storing your book/phone/earplugs etc

“Good central location but crowded rooms”

The hostel was in a good location being a short walk from the centre of town and we appreciated the allocated storage/fridge spaces in the kitchen. Plenty of parking either at the hostel or on the street outside.
