Nice, modern townhouse with a well equipped kitchen, great heating and cooling. A short stroll into the middle of town. Easy parking and easy check in.

The apartment was lovely and the outside area was a bonus. It was near to town and the parking was ideal.

Very good location. Beautiful space. Clean and comfortable. Lovely bathroom, great to have a washing machine. It was unseasonably cold when we arrived and couldn’t get the heating to work but Carl the owner did sort it out for us.

“Good but not ‘luxury’”

We overall enjoyed our stay at Brookside. The apartment is new with nice carpet and furniture and fresh paint/ wallpaper. The bed is comfortable and the washing machine was a great addition. It was fairly clean, but missing quite a few finishing touches to make a comfortable stay. They provide a Nespresso machine with no pods, a coffee press with no ground coffee and a paper towel holder with no paper towels, no milk for your coffee either. The pots and crockery were of low quality and already required replacement. For the price and the misleading name I suggest they up their game and invest in finishing this apartment off appropriately, there is a lot of potential here.

Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the tranquil outlook so close to town. It was great having a dishwasher and getting washing done after being on the road.

The location in Wanaka is quite outstanding. A beautiful rear garden with a stream (we were in No 78), surrounded by other gardens and many types of trees. The windows all look out onto the garden.

Spacious, clean, stylish. Lovely terrace overlooking a stream and garden. 2 minutes walk to centre.

Beautiful position with a stream at the bottom of the garden. Lovely to sit outside. Comfortable bed, good size fridge. Great to have a washing machine. Easy walking distance to the town. A delightful property. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely return.
