Really friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. An easy and safe walk to restaurants (great recommendation from the staff) along the shore. Street parking with waking security all night.

The breakfast options were all delicious. The location was very convenient and all the rooms were very unique and interesting. The staff and manageress were very accommodating and helpful. Rosie was also excellent company.

Very good option for Walvis bay. Waterfront, you see flamingos from the house and can go walking / jogging from there. Easy parking. Pools is small but nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is on the side of Flamingos Lagoon. Each room has lagoon view and can see water birds. Interior decoration is excellent.

When the establishment processed the payment when the guest checked in, there was an additional amount charged to our credit card. we informed the lady thereof and sent her the proof of the deduction on our bank, but we were met with a very hostile, rude woman who refused to entertain our enquiry and blamed our bank, then blamed booking.com. however, she put the payment through on her side. The establishments account names and contact information didn't tie up to what they provided us with and thus my suspicion that there were fraudulent activities taking place. This woman then proceeded to verbally attack the guest on the last day of his stay while he was eating breakfast. This behavior is shocking, unprofessional and disappointing to a paying customer.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit — their service-minded attitude truly made a difference. The bed in the room was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. and the plush bedding made it especially cozy and relaxing. Breakfast was quite simple but sufficient. With a small upgrade — such as fresh bread and real juice — the overall experience could be significantly improved.

Being Vegan, there was not much option for me, but i appreciate the fact that the manager made an effort to get Almond milk for me, and there was delicious fruit salad every morning. Esther, the girl helping at breakfast is exceptional :)

Great property in a fabulous location with flamingos on the opposite side of the road. Lovely breakfast with great choices. Would recommend.
