“We were welcomed very kindly in a clean, practical and modern room which had all the things we need.”
We liked the way we where greeted by the host; he showed us the room and made sure that we had to go. He even gave some tips on where to eat, according to what we were craving. He was very funny, kind and thoughtful. He responded very quickly to our messages, before our arrival. There was the option to have a late check in. When we forgot something in the room he tried to contract us immediately (20min after we left) in different ways and asked if he should mail it to when it was clear that we couldn't come back for it. This is the first review I ever wrote; the most made that good of an impression on me, tand I would like to thank him for his kindness by writing this.

“Good value for money, neat and tidy accommodation”
Room was very clean has everything you need. Comfy bed, modern bathroom. Owner was super friendly and very flexible. Spacious parking lot. Prices were very reasonable. Overall I was very content with my choice for Arena Hotel Waldshut and I would definitely come here again.

New, clean, free parking, price was great. Room has tea, coffee, drinking water and small fridge. I was coming after 9 PM but they have arranged check-in. Hospitality was great.

I was a bit worried because the price was so affordable, but this is a great place. Exceptionally clean and smart rooms, and great with free private parking. Recommended for motorcycle travelers

Very good conditions for the money. Comfortable beds, everything you need. Not far from the Swiss border, which makes this hotel very convenient if you want to visit Switzerland and not pay a lot of money for Swiss apartments. Convenient location. Not far from the Rhine Fall and Zurich.

I really loved the nature, the atmosphere, and the staff. The rooms were excellent — everything I needed was there, and the breakfast was simply outstanding. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel is part of a sport complex on an industrial estate. A good idea, but didn't work in the execution.
