“My overall staying here is just fine and other than what I said about the upstairs equipment not wor”

They never let me check in also they charged my card and I never got a refund when I went there they said my card was not charged but it was I never stayed at this hotel the front desk was very rude and didn’t let me check in

“Just Say NO!”
I refused to stay at this hotel. Upon entering the hotel, I was overcome with the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but the condition of the lobby was unacceptable. I did not feel safe.
