“Stay was OK.”
I guess Bookings.com interfered with our corporate travel vendor and booked the room. Because of this I come to find out I don't get the points. They told me at the front desk there was a Bookings.com reservation. However, I didn't use Bookings.com, I used Concur. They did tell me at the hotel that I would still receive the points, however I have come to find out that now I won't. I'm extremely upset about this and this issue!! I'm even more upset that no one will do anything about it except say sorry and too bad.
