Overview
Located directly at the Golfclub Walchsee Moarhof in Walchsee, Welzenhof enjoys panoramic views of the Zahmer Kaiser Mountain Region. Organic produce from the property’s own farm is served at breakfast. All accommodation has wood furnishings and a bathroom. Some have a balcony, kitchen, seating area and satellite TV. A traditional tiled stove is a further feature in some. Welzenhof has table tennis and ski storage facilities. Wi-Fi and private parking are available free of charge. The garden has a large children’s playground and barbecue facilities. A children's workshop with bread baking and tent-building activities is offered during the summer season. Guests have direct access to cross-country ski trails. Walchsee Lake and the local Ski Lift can be reached by car in 4 minutes. A summer toboggan run at Zahmer Kaiser is 3.5 km away. Kaiserwinkl Golf Course can be reached by car in 10 minutes.

“A great stay in a lovely area!”
The room was huge and comfortable. It was very clean and quiet. The owners were very friendly and gave us excellent tips for dining out. Breakfast was fantastic - a choice of cereals, fresh breads, cheeses, cold cuts and boiled eggs too. The weather was perfect and although it was warm for this time of year, the snow in Kössen was great for skiing. We hope to return.

It was very nice to stay at the Welzenhof over the Challenge race weekend. The breakfast was great with homemade cakes and eggs and the location was perfect as well.
