“Wakoshi oiishii”

It was extremely fast check in and out. Nice staff. Comfy and very clean rooms. We felt like we were staying in a five star hotel! Zero noise from the trains or hotel noises. Loved ice machine and amenities. Amazing view through a big window

This hotel has very good train connections to Tokyo or Yokohama cities as a city in Saitama. There are many shops or restaurants and hair salons, and also clinics or a post office. The staff at the reception are all kind and helpful, and the cleaning staff are all polite and efficient. At lounge including the reception you can drink fresh coffee for free and the coffee aroma spreading out. There is a small sofa underneath of the big window, the heating and cooling system, which is very modern, and the humidifying air purifier, which is very good one. You can make the room completely dark, so that you can sleep well. They have two washing machines (you can also dry the clothes up), and a microwave on each floor.

“good hotel and good facilities”

hotel is located upstairs to subway, you just walk maybe 50 meters to get in hotel. building has restourant and shopping mall (UNİQLO) everyehre is so clean and regular. receptionists are so nice and helpfull. area is very lively and safely. at reception you can take coffee and some other daily meterials for free.to tokyo station you must travel 50-55 minutes by subway, or shibuya 30 minutes. you can find every taste for eating near hotel. also family markt and other shopping across the hotel.

Everything, will stay here always

A fantastic stay, with great staff, great facilities and very conveniently located near all the shops you could need and most importantly the wakoshi station. They also offer luggage forwarding and overall support you with anything you need day to day. Highly recommend!!!

“Great location and not overwhelming”

At first we were unsure about staying further from central Tokyo but we are so glad that we did. It’s not far at all from key sights and very close to lkebukuro. We were able to do a day trip to Kawagoe easily and the train line connects well to other key locations such as Tokyo station, Ginza, Shibuya and Shinjuku. The staff are very attentive and the room space is bigger compared to our stays in Kyoto and Osaka. It’s nice going back to a hotel in a more peaceful area after going to areas packed with other tourists and people rushing around. We loved our stay so much that we decided to cancel our other hotel in central Tokyo when we saw that this hotel had availability for the end of our Japan trip. We rebooked this hotel instead and we feel very relieved. There is also a cute bakery downstairs, a bunch of convenience stores (Lawsons, 7/11, Family Mart), Starbucks, Uniqlo, Mister Donut and a bunch of super markets around the area. There is a nearby park and the hotel were very helpful with luggage forwarding to Kyoto.

“We will be back”

Fantastic location as shopping, multiple restaurants, a supermarket and bakery all within the very same building complex and the train station is also within the same complex. Within easy walking from the hotel is even more eatery’s and another supermarket and convenience stores…We really enjoyed our stay for this reason. The hotel staff were very courteous and the room super clean and comfortable with absolutely brilliant air conditioning.

Twin room was nice and big 24 sqm, had all we needed, comfy bed, facing south as requested, nice bathtub, spacious overall. Hotel is in station building, with cafe, bakery, supermarkets, many shops and Uniqlo all inhouse. Wako is well connected to Tokyo central and Tokyo west by trains

“Tokyo impressed”

Great location above Wakoshi station which has access to two metro lines. 20 minutes to Shibuya. 15 minutes to Ikebukuro. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room size is great. Blockout blinds so good a slept till 11 without realising. You can have 2 large bags open and space to move around. Deep bath as most hotels have. Fantastic water pressure shower. Supermarket,Lawson's, Family Mart, 7 eleven ATM, many fresh food pre prepared meal places. You can warm up the meals in the microwave which is on your floor. Stock up drinks and snacks in the small fridge. Even though some places are an hour or more away, I don't think there is one place in Tokyo that would be 20 minutes away from everything anyway. Limousine bus 2 minute walk to Haneda and Narita airports. I would stay here again.

“Loved it!”

The hotel was beautiful, clean and for a Canadian the bed was plenty big enough! The staff were wonderful and the local amenities were all that we needed. It was a 30 min train ride into the busier areas, but a super quiet and totally blacked out sleep in the wakoshi tobu hotel!

“Clean, comfortable, convenient”

Stayed 12 nights and spoke to staff only four times. Basically, everything functioned as it should and interventions were not necessary. Generally clean and well maintained facility. Convenient location just around the corner from the bus stop from Haneda airport and on top of the train station with many shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Comfortable bed, good black-out curtain, empty space under bed for storing a suitcase.
