“An amazing place to stay.”
My partner and I stayed here for 17 days and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely lovely and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a perfect way to start each day with a good variety of choices that shifted each day. Housekeeping was great and amenities provided were decent and covered all bases. The location is perfect for not being in a busy tourist heavy area as just a short train ride to ikebukuro would get you onto any train you needed. Theres plenty of food, coffee and necessities in the same block. The train station is basically across the road and theres also a bus service nearby that takes you to narita/haneda airport so you dont have to travel with luggage on the trains. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

For this price, you get like EVERYTHING you really need. Sure, there is no luxury, but you have a clean room, own bathroom, TV, WiFi, refrigerator, Kettle, free bath stuff... and since my japanese ist not soo good yet, I often needed help, and they always helped me and were nice. I cant complain :D

“Comfortable.”
Very clean room and the bathroom. Towels changed every day. Provide sleeping clothes, toothbrush, shaving razor, shampoo, conditioner and face/body wash. Slippers provided. Staff very polite and friendly. Great value for money.

Anyone who's stayed at a Toyoko Inn knows what to expect - they're a chain - their hotels don't vary much, they're all clean, comfortable, full of friendly, helpful staff who always speak some English - and they're always close to a railway station - you can even see this one from the station platform, it really is just across the street! After staying in about a dozen of their hotels and thinking maybe a bit of a change with the breakfast - they did!, on my last day, instead of those little wiener sausages they had pork cutlets - it was a nice change. P.S. They're still the best VFM chain I've seen on two visits to Japan.

“Convenient hotel, but uncomfortable bed”
The hotel is very close to the train station, and it was convenient for my work visit. The price was very good, and the staff were very helpful. There's a FamilyMart nearby, and a huge supermarket behind it (Ito Yokado Wako Store).
