“Perfect spot for proper relaxation”
Perfect little spot in Wakkerstroom. View from the stoep was beautiful. Bonus was seeing Grey Crowed Cranes from here. House has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Easy to walk into town. Our dog loved the yard and it is well fenced so it made us relax more without having to worry that she might escape! Having a proper garage as well was a bonus!

The location was absolutely perfect. The house was equipt with everything we could possibly need and we appreciate all the little extras. Our host was amazing. She kept us updated about tourist attractions and activities in the town!

“Peaceful and relaxing”
The location was so peaceful and pretty. Loved looking out onto the mountains and farm animals The accommodation was very clean and lacked nothing , even during load shedding

“Beautiful scenery and great family stay.”
The view for the stoep and was a peaceful location and the animals on the surrounding properties. The atmosphere of the town is relaxed and no one seems to be in a hurry.

“Excellent location to use as a base for birding adventures in Wakkerstroom!”
The location was perfect, being one street away from most of the restaurants and the bakery. It is also very close to the wetland, and I am sure that in the summer, you can probably easily walk to the area and see waterbirds. Heaters in the rooms, electric blankets, and a fireplace, all made this a cozy place to stay in. Having 2 bathrooms with showers made it convenient as well.

Lovely cottage very well equipped great for a weekend getaway. Book lucky the bird guide the experience of bird identification is exceptional
