The staff were outstanding. I had specific requirements for my room when booking, and they did an excellent job in fulfilling them. The room was spacious, clean, and I loved having a view of the sea. Food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced too. I was impressed enough that I've booked with them again for my next visit to Wakkanai.

Large beautiful room with view of the ocean. Everything clean and new. Lobby was large and inviting. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of local specialties. Hotel is close to restaurants — we ate dinner at a nearby izakaya. Good location for visiting local sights.

It is a very grand Hotel, even with a wedding venue and multiple restaurants. The lobby also sells this feel. The room was totally fine, except the odd bit of wear on some furniture. The breakfast also had a large buffet, though this is only available on weekends. But the smaller buffet on weekdays is also large enough to have something for everyone. The location is very nice, only about 3-5 minutes from Wakkanai Station, almost directly on the sea. The price in winter was also exceptionally cheap for this caliber of hotel.

This is a very smart hotel. The kind that makes me feel a bit out of place. The room was huge with a view over Wakkanai. It was very close to the station, which has a convenience store. The restaurant looked good, but we didn't try it. Only one minor let down: the shower wasn't as good as everywhere else we've stayed in the last week of travelling. Even so, highly recommended if you want a large comfortable room in Wakkanai. Oh, very nice staff even though my Japanese is very bad.

“Great Hotel in a Great Location.”

Great Location, near to the Ferry Terminal and to the Railway station, i.e. within 10mins of walking distance. It is also central to lots of good restaurants in the town area. Lovely big rooms and I was lucky to have one that faces the Breakwater Dome and Ferry Terminal, so it was nice to see the ferries coming in and leaving.

“Northernmost hotel in Wakkanai”

Location is near the attractions and lots of restaurants around. Though usually need to travel there by car rental. I liked the toilet and shower in same room and quite large. The duvet was.soft and comfortable. Car park is free and just outside the hotel. The breakwater attractions is just next to hotel.and you can shoot.sunrise at 4ish in the morning. There is a McDonald's closeby operating from 7am which is what i need for breakfast instead of a high price of 2500jpy per pax.
