“Good spot in Wakayama”

Location, close to station and airport limousine bus. Lots of restaurants and izakaya nearby. Car rentals on the door step. Staff lovely. Clean and decent size room

Staff at reception are professional and are aware of customers’ needs. Luggage can be left securely with the front desk for arrival before check-in time. Breakfast has a good range of options with hot food items. The nearest train station is within a few minutes walk.

The Airconditiong unit in my room emitted a loud and scratching noise. Difficult to get a good night sleep.

Hotel located in a very convenient location, next to the station. L9ts of good restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well. Room very spacious and comfortable, had all I required. Easy to recommend if visiting Wakayama.

“Good stay”

It was close to the station and some really good eateries. The hotel was clean and had very comfy beds. The staff at the reception was helpful and allowed me to leave my luggage as I killed time when I couldn't get my train ticket.

Very spacious rooms in a very good location, right next to the station. They have parking spaces if you come by car. The rooms have individual controll aircon units which was very nice.

“It's an ok hotel”

It was cheap and easy to find. You pay what you get. It's an ok hotel.

Hotel is well located with a Family mart nearby. The train station is only a few minutes walk away, which is the main reason i booked this place. Breakfast is fine, but as we came a bit late (after 8.30am) most of the food is finished. Overall we are quite satisfied with the hotel.

Overall, the experience match with the price. The staff lacks the ability to communicate even in basic English, sometimes kinda rude. They spoke everything in Japanese and think okay job is done eventhough they clearly know you don't understand at all. Hotel has parking, but it is paid-parking for 1000 yen. Didn't expect that.

I love our room. It was much bigger than most Japanese hotel rooms and had a spectacular view of Wakayama Station and beyond. The breakfast had a nice mix between western and Japanese style so can get a bit of both 😍

“Perfect Hotel!”

Near the hotel, although a word of advice would be to go out from the central gate of Wakayama Station, turn right and take the elevator down to rhetorical basement, go through the underpass and take the lift up on the east side to get to the hotel. Serves a good breakfast. Rooms were big and beds were very comfortable!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and well-lit. The location is very good, very near to JR.
