3-4 mins to JR sta. 1 min to 7-11, very clean, tidy and comfortable, very kindly treated, free coffee and 200 yen-washing machine, very worthy to stay at!

“Great stay for solo stopover near JR Wakayama”
The room size is great for solo travellers on a business trip who wants to be near JR Wakayama station. There's a fridge in the room and the water heater and toilet facilities are just right.

The hotel is close to the train station and near a convenience store. Breakfast was provided and this was helpful and adequate.

“Acceptable accommodation considering price and location”
Typical Japanese business hotel. 5min walking to JR station. Self check in/out is quite convenient. Very small room but acceptable.

The ladies at the reception were very polite. Room was very clean, with pot for boiling water. Besides teabags, there are some toiletries in front of the reception that you can help yourself to. B'fast was interesting with a selection of Japanese and non Japanese. Looked simple but was ample and delicious.

“I could see the night view and the room was comfortable. thank you very much.”
The staff was kind. I checked out once, but when I returned before 10am, they let me use the shower in the room.
