“Clean and helpful staff, great breakfast in the restaurant”
The room was very good, and well equipped! The staff was extremely helpful, even tho we did not speak japanese.

Very helpful staff in arranging quiet rooms and receiving parcels. Firm bed with superior support for people who are used to tatami style mattress. Exceptional transportation, as a crossing point with JR Hanwa line (to Osaka an Kyoto), JR Wakayama line (to Yoshino and Nankai Koya line), JR Kisei line (to Dojoji and Shingu), and local Kishigawa line. A perfect point for longer stay.

“The onsen was the highlight of my stay at Route Inn”
This was my first time staying at a Route Inn, since usually I would pick other business hotels that are slightly cheaper. I am impressed with how spacious the room is and loved that they have an onsen. Most of the clientele at business hotels like this are men, so I enjoyed the onsen with very few women there (while I heard the men’s onsen was really crowded) The breakfast buffet had a variety of things to choose from but due to time constraints,I wasn’t able to get to every station. Still, the quality and taste of the food was quite good.

Superb location. Close to JR Station. Friendly, accommodating, efficient. All the power cables were there for all types of phones. Android, Apple, old, and Apple new cable type.

“Amazing value for money. The most accommodating front office staff”
The hotel is very new, clean and well designed. We had a very comfortable stay. The font office staff was super accommodating and friendly. The location is good next to the JR station. Breakfast was ok for the price.

“Convenient location perfect for one night stay”
- Conveniently located, just 3 mins walk from Wakayama station - there’s an onsen at the hotel which is a nice surprise, it really helped washing away our fatigue from the travel - the buffet breakfast at the hotel is quite nice - room is very clean
