“A wonderful hotel to stay in”
The room was spacious enough so i had a very comfy stay. The location was great, right beside the station yet still quiet. The staff are very pleasant and polite even when they are not that fluent in english, their effort is very encouraging!

“A nice stay in beautiful Wakayama”
Location is right next to the main station. Room is clean, spacious, well-facilitated. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Wifi is fast.

The location is very convenient. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are very spacious. Parking available and connected to the hotel. A very nice lady helped me to my room when I had too many things to carry.

1. Breakfast is great, tasty and diversified. 2. Parking lot is close to the hotel and is very convenient. 3. Is able to see the Qakayama castle from the window. 4. The staffs are nice and helpful.

“Just stay here at Wakayama”
The location. Simply perfect. Drive and park directly at the mall. There is a lift directly to the hotel. But it's a little hard to find. I recommend just going down to first floor and walk out the main entrance, the entrance it's on the right once you exit. And parking is free. Breakfast, Granvia standard if you have ever stayed at one. The food is slightly more 'international' compared to a full japanese hotel. I probably enjoyed the hotel food more than my other 12 hotels of my 18 days in Japan. Price, once you pay to stay at convenient locations all around Japan. You will see the value of this hotel.

multi storey car park is just right beside hotel very convenient to move luggages, shopping mall and JR station is beside hotel too, friendly staffs and can choose type of pillows to suit your preferences
