“Room was a bit small”
onsen was nice . massage chairs were great . We enjoyed the post onsen treats : yoghurt drinks in the morning , & Hershey ice creams in the afternoon . The hotel wear actually fitted us !!

“Absolutely the best hotel of the 7 hotels we stayed in on our trip.”
Breakfast was great, onsen and massage chairs awesome, free ice cream and ramen really appreciated, loved our large room for me and my 2 sisters, staff were very helpful, etc.

“Overall a comfortable stay, loved the Onsen and ramen.”
Onsen was good. Ramen supper was very good. Washing machine was nice to be free but seems lacking in detergent and thus cleaning. Dryer (coin) was ok. Car parking was fine. Room was comfortable.

“Value for money, well loved accomodation”
Location, service and overall facilities. Rooms were of decent size, comfortable bed, clean toilets. They even have complimentary snacks in the room and onsen/spa area. All staff were very professional and helpful. Location is a 5-10mins walk from JR station

Location is about 400m from JR station. Very convenient. There is onsite Onsen so it was good. Staff is friendly. Free ice cream and ramen are bonus.

Only 6 min walk from Wakayama Station, very easy to find. Excellent Onsen and sauna. The massage chairs and ice scream are a plus. The front desk staff are kind enough to help us make reservations at restaurants that can only be booked via phone calls.

“I would still recommend it because of the opportunity of taking a bath whenever you want!”
Having a public bath inside the hotel is amazing and the stuff was really nice and helpful. I also enjoy the free coffee at the entrance.

“My top ranking stay in this trip.”
Onsen is excellent. They provide ramen and some drink and dessert in specific time. So that, we can enjoy food and drink after onsen. The room feel comfort and nice. Their hair shampoo was awesome. Was curious what brand they provide.
