“Truly lives up to its name as "comfort".”
This hotel is located near Wakayama Station, making it very convenient to access public transportation. The hotel staff were all very friendly and polite, and they answered all my questions in detail. The room was quite clean and comfortable, and if you choose not to have it cleaned, you can get new towels. Breakfast is included in the hotel accommodation package. If there is insufficient dining space, lunch boxes （bento) are also provided for guests to take back to their rooms. In addition, the hotel offers welcome drinks for guests between 2 PM and midnight.

“Great place to stay and a good price.”
The room was great. Ammenities were plentiful and it was close to the train station. They offered free breakfast but unfortunately I had to get the train early. The staff were helpful with my bags and gave good advice about the castle and what to see.

This is an extremely poor experience. 1) The receptionist has a very bad attitude and they are very impatient 2) the room is extremely small 3) the price is high and it changes very often that my booking is much higher when it was booked. I will never come back to this hotel again.
