“Elegant, clean, quiet hotel in Wakayama”
Elegant, clean, very convenient location on top of the train station, yet very quiet and silent in the room at night. The sky spa is a nice plus!

Great location above Wakayamashi station (not Wakayama station) and has a fantastic common area on 11F where they allow you to bring your own food and alcohol (buy in the supermarket in train station below). Staff are very friendly and speak enough English to help with most things. Good buffet breakfast in the same great space on L11 with the view

“Convenient and comfortable”
The hotel is located above the railway station which is very convenient when arriving by train. It is close to several convenience stores and restaurants and walking distance to Wakayama Castle. The room was comfortable with big windows showing views of the river. The indoor and outdoor pools in the onsen are on the small side but luckily there were not too many other people in there at the time we visited. Check-in and check out were very efficient and they gave us early access to the room on arrival, without asking, which was much appreciated! We would stay here again.
