“Friendly, English speaking hotel next to Wakayama castle”
The owner was lovely and super friendly. Waited for me to arrive (late), suggested that I park and lock my bike inside, and made some funny jokes. :) He spoke very good English. Hotel is a business hôtel, built 40 years ago. It's like going back in the bubble era, nothing much has changed since then, even the elevator had a retro feel to it. Great location just next to the Wakayama castle.

The location is good. Easy access to JR Wakayama and Wakayamashi Station by bus. The staff is very kind. We found two convenience store just a walking distance from hotel.
