Disgusting attitude towards guests. I booked 2 rooms on booking.com, received confirmation, arrived in the evening with family and friends but no rooms were available. The villa refused to check in. The manager spoke rudely. He/they probably passed the numbers past the booking office and did not remove the offer. The manager just kept saying, "This is a mistake". Okay, it happens, but in response to a request for help, just a suggestion to cancel the reservation and book a new room. This is just plain rude. I didn't get any help from them. I can only imagine the state of the next guests when they will face the same attitude and I believe that with such an attitude to their work in this villa everything is just disgusting

“Beautiful seaside villa with swimming pool”
Beautiful seaside villa with swimming pool, spatious space and rooms. Due to some serious family situation we had to leave after one night instead of 5 booked nights and owners were very nice and helpful, they charged us only for one night. This place is for people who like privacy, silence and place far from the city rush. The city center is quite far, cca 30 min by tuktuk. You can order food in the villa, we tried only breakfast and it was good.

The best journey ever! The hospitality, food, and villa were all absolutely lovely and relaxing. That's exactly what my wife and I needed. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! We spent the majority of our days at the beach or pool. The Rosanuka Beach Villa was an unforgettable experience!

This villa is a very relaxing place ! Not for getting the sunset ! You could view the beautiful sunset from the balcony! The pool is beautiful and calm! The staff is excellent ! The service was efficient and food was amazing! Not forgetting the owner ! A friendly and a a helpful person ! Had a beautiful stay !
