“Very quiet, close to beach”

Clean and very helpful, friendly staff . They were very appreciative of our custom as the situation in Dubai/iran has affected their trade hugely to the extent that we were their only guests !

Extremely kind staff. It feels like home. A very welcoming place, with a magnificent, well-maintained pool. The garden is shady and beautiful, with furniture in very good condition.

Away from busy city life but an easy journey in for evenings out. Lovely position 3 minute walk from the beach. Impressive large pool and surrounding garden area in a building designed by the owner, who is also the (excellent) hotel masseur.

For the money it was really good. The pool was huge, close to the beach. Wood fired pizza. You could not ask for better staff. A quiet place to explore the chaos of Negrombo.

Great place for people who prefer small, cosy accommodation instead of loud, big hotels with a lot of distractions. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff and super, new swimming pool. And just 10 minutes walk to the beach :) also nice possibility of local sightseeing trips for good price.

Absolutely exceptional - an oasis of peace, comfort... great pool including facilities - I enjoyed relaxation like nowhere else... Great attitude towards the guest - they will fulfill your every wish, everywhere and always a smile and positive energy. Thank you for the traditional welcome in Sri Lanka. perfect food - thank you very much to the chef, thank you to everyone who took care of one of my best stays

“Nice but expensive”

Nice big garden with fantastic clean pool. Rooms were nice and well decorated. Staff was very friendly but not very good at English. If we asked for 4 omelets for breakfast and asked for 2 normal ones with vegetables and to plain ones, then we got 4 plain ones. If we said we only wanted 2 fresh juice for breakfast instead of 4 because our kids didn’t like them, they would still bring us 4. The manager was very eager and nice. He offered to plan trips and transportation for us, but we arranged ourself as we thought it was too expensive.

Newly built 10 room hotel just outside of Negombo. Rooms very clean and well appointed . Staff very helpful and polite. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere overall. Great restaurant with good menu choices including freshly made pizza cooked in a traditional pizza oven large portions good value for money. Fabulous breakfast included in cost of room. There is a very clean large swimming pool in the grounds surrounded by trees so offering some shady areas while swimming. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the lane and the lagoon backs onto the property so you can experience a lagoon boat ride Great place to stay for some peace and quiet with Negombo city 15minutes car drive away would highly recommend and would stay there again
