“Adventure in the desert!”

We loved seeing the desert out of the window, and the dinner with the zarb was amazing! There was a very sweet little dog there who we enjoyed playing with. The jeep tour was also great. We got to see a baby camel!

The staff were incredibly hospitable, and went out of their way to offer a one of a kind experience. Their kindness and generosity made the stay for us.

“Unforgettable stay”

I had a difficult task to choose one of the many campsites in Wadi Rum for my demanding friends. The result exceeded all my expectations! Absolutely wonderful and friendly local people led by a woman from Europe who managed to create an oasis in the desert where we did not want to leave and where we will want to return. Pleasant accommodation, absolutely great cuisine including a traditional and very tasty Bedouin dinner. An unconventional and certainly more interesting all-day jeep tour ending with watching the sunset together made our stay unforgettable. Information about the life of the locals and very useful advice for the continued journey through Jordan were a matter of course. Thank you very much again!

A magical place where the silence of the desert meets the endless beauty of the landscape. A truly unique experience that recharges the soul. I’ll definitely be back! The brothers made us feel at home, Abdul was a fun and professional guide. We will come back!

Everything is perfect, the rooms are very clean and smells amazing. You have a terrance with view over the desert which is amazing! But , on top of the amazing location and accommodation is the hospitality of the people, everyone is kind and very welcoming , happy to answer questions and support with anything needed. We had a great night having a gather around the fire and just spend time with the family and other guests where we were able to learn more about them and their life. Many thanks for the experience and I hope that we will be seeing each other soon! ☺️

What an amazing place to experience Wadi Rum. The camp is beautifully located, with a great open space view on desert and rock formations. Ahmed and his family made my stay there an unique experience. The food was delicious, the room was comfortable, with a beautiful view, warm water in the shower. I loved every minute I spent there. The desert trip organized by Ahmed was amazing.

“A must-visit in Wadi Rum!”

We had an amazing stay at Wadi Rum Star Camp! Even in January, it was cozy with warm blankets and evenings by the fire. The 4-hour jeep tour was incredible – the desert’s beauty is beyond words. Ahmad and his brothers made us feel so welcome, and the traditional dinner was delicious. Highly recommend!

“Very nice camp”

The rooms were perfect very clean spacious great bathroom comfortable bed. Whole camp was very convenient. Hosts super friendly and attending. Food delicious although overpriced in my opinion. I loved the serenity of the surroundings, facilities with seating areas and indoor fire at night.

“Everything was perfect”

Staying here was the best thing we experienced in Jordan. Tents are with nice view and nicely furbished. Bathroom was very clean. Owner was great, he really made us feel welcome and they did everything to keep us entertained. We rode camels, did jeep tour and sunset tour. All was perfect.

Very delicious food

Ahmed and Yusef brothers are very friendly and have good hospitality of Jordan family. I booked several tours but Ahmed recommended good changes flexibly.

Ahmed and Youssef were amazing, making sure that I felt welcome and was happy with everything! I did a camel ride, a sunset tour, a stargazing tour and a 6-hour tour and the Wadi Rum is an extraordinary and magical place! There was free cold water and tea available at all time and the food was good; I particularly like the incredibly tasty, light and crunchy falafels served for breakfast and the maklouba. The working wifi is a plus.

Great experience. Ahmad and Lilianna made me feel welcome. Location and communication were great. Comfortable tent with great location. Wadi Rum is a magical place. It's a shame that people are avoiding all middle-east at the moment. I rented a car from Amman and felt safe all the way to Wadi Rum and back driving alone.

“Amazing experience, extremely hospitable people, and highlight of Jordan”

Pretty much everything about the camp was amazing. The staff, the food, the facilities, location, etc. If you're looking for a mix or relaxation and activities, then this is the place. Ahmed and his brothers and the chef were extremely accommodating during my entire stay. They go above and beyond to give you an authentic experience and will accommodate any of your needs to the best of their abilities. For the first 2 days, I had 3 other people staying in the camp. After this I was the only one in the camp, however, due to the hospitality of the staff I was made to feel like I wasn't alone, and they made sure my time was spent well. The only tip I will give future travellers is that there is no AC in the rooms. There is a fan, but no AC, so in the summer the rooms are very hot. However, they do offer tents to sleep outside where the temperature is very nice at night. It was explained to me that no camp in Wadi Rum has AC as it is not allowed in the protected region for environmental reasons. So you won't find an AC anywhere else anyway. Overall, it was an amazing experience and was the highlight of my time in Jordan, and I can not recommend it enough. Will definitely be back the next time I come to Jordan.

“this camp exceeded all our expectations!”

We had the most amazing time in the Wadi Rum desert thanks to Achmed and his family. The communication through booking went very smoothly. We really enjoyed our sunset safari by 4×4 jeep, but we most certainly will never forget the Bedouin stories he shared during the campfire. Very accessable and authentic experience in a familiar atmosphere. We felt very welcome!

Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was one of the best i have ever tasted, they organised an unforgottable day trip in the desert. They are really nice people, they help to the homeless dogs.
