Ahmed is very responsive and hospitable. I was one day in their camp where they prepared a great dinner using the traditional method. He invited me to visit his father and I had the opportunity to experience the Bedouin way of life. I am also very satisfied with the two-day walk and Jeep tour in the red and white desert. The views are amazing. If you are not looking for luxury, but a real experience, Ahmed is your choice.

The camp is way into the desert and that is yet your first experience: a wild jeep tour to their camp, so nice. We had a fantastic experience with our family(2 young kids). Everybody in the camp is warm and friendly. The jeep tour is a must do!!! My wife had had a little bit too much sun and they were very helpful!!! Don’t hesitate, just book and see for yourself!!!

Achmed is a very welcoming and friendly host who is willing to tell you all about wadi rum and the Bedouin life. We had a wonderful day jeep tour with lots of stops and breathtaking views. I never forget the lunch he prepared for us in the wild. If I could I would have eaten the kettle, it tasted so good, maybe also because I was hungry 😋. The dinner is made in a traditional way and they show it to you how. If I could say 1 thing: book here, do the tour and you will have a once in a lifetime experience!!!

“Magical and hospitality pure”

We family with 2 kids (7 and 9 years) had an amazing time in Wadi Rum and our host Ahmet who runs the camp with his crew was excellent. The communication was straight forward and they picked up timely. Ahmet also provided us with a jeep tour and camel ride which we LOVED. The kids were over the moon which we saw along with 1000 stars that night. Pure Magic. The crew cooked us excellent local food and at the evening we were sitting around fire and talking about local life. Ahmet is a gentlemen of the desert, kind funny, punctual an delivers what he promised. actually we forgot our jackets in the tent and he organized a cab to bring them to our hotel in Aqabba (1 hour drive) for 5 Dinar. Many thanks Ahmet.

“Magical Stay in Wadi Rum Secret Camp”

We loved the hospital of the Bedouin people. The atmosphere was amazing. We had food from the underground way of cooking. The camp has amazing sweeping views of Wadi Rum. Ahmad organized camel rides for us that offered us quiet and wonderful views. The view at night is amazing and one can see the constellations. Our big highlight was the “Sleeping under the stars” where we slept in a cave on our first night and it was one of the best experiences ever. In our last night, we even had riddles around the fire with the Bedouins. I will certainly be returning to Wadi Rum Secret Camp. I have only wonderful things to say about this place.

“Amazing place and people!”

This is a great place! Definitely recommend to everyone! You need to spend a night in the desert, it is unforgettable! We are grateful to our guide Ahmed, who met us on time (we warned the day before about the arrival time and the taxi driver also called Ahmed). Since we booked a jeep excursion, immediately after the meeting we began our acquaintance with the desert and its inhabitants. Ahmed drove us to key points, provided basic information, took photos, and provided positive mood for full day. We met the sunset, Ahmed made for us a very tasty tea. The sun began to set down and we went to the camp. Everyone gathered around the fire in the main tent and drank tea and talked. Then we had a wonderful dinner and the camp workers danced and sang and we along with them, it was fun. At night we watched the stars in the sky). Since it was January, we slept under two blankets because it was not warm. The camp has good bathroom and hot water. In the morning we had a nice breakfast and then Ahmed took us to the bus he had reserved for us the day before. Thank you Ahmed and everyone at Wadi Ram Camp, we wish you success!!!

“Great choice”

The whole time with the family was one of the best experiance we had in Jordan. Very freiendly, helpful, great dinner and breakfast. We recommend whole day jeep tour (with Ahmed), he cooked delicius lunch in the middle of desert. Nights are cold, but in the tents there are thick blanket in bed linen.

Amazing place to stay in, recommend full day tour with delicious lunch. Guides were amazing, they showed us all main points in desert, prepared bedouin dinner and breakfast. The night was cold but we had enough of blankets.

It was fantastic.Price of tent around 2£ is not realistic,actually we did not paid it.You take packaging which incl jeep ride 4hours,walk,snowbording,tea in the desort,then you arrive to camping where you get delisious dinner from 6/7 dishies,fire inside of big tent,lot of music,drinks,even dances,kids are playing,who want smoke shisha,there is elect to charge phone,then in morning you can get breakfest but not bread and jam,but very nice breakfest from 4 5 dishes.Then guide bring you back to village.Car you left ar parking or any free space,there is no crime at all.Even in desort owner build very clean toilet,shower european type with water.Amazing

It is amazing what owners offer for the price. The dinner was excellent, everyone is friendly and quick to respond to reservation and organize the jeep tour in the desert. We would be happy to return again.

We had a wonderful full, fun and exciting day in the desert with lunch cooked freshly over a fire and ending with sunset from a beautiful rock in a secluded area, and a delicious dinner in camp. Ahmed then took us to a quiet, wind sheltered place to sleep under the stars. Host Ahmed was considerate, fun and always right on top of things when we had needs or wishes. Our daughters comment: "This was the best day of my life!"

Amazing experience in the desert with Ahmed who is a incredible guy and nice person!!! Everybody in the camp was so kind with us. We will miss you!!!
