Wadi Rum Nature Tours and Camp offers accommodation in the protected area of Wadi Rum, the stunning desert of southern Jordan, 10km from Wadi Rum Village. Perfect for stargazing, the Bedouin camp enjoys beautiful scenery in a peaceful and tranquil location away from the village and other camps. The camp is made up of several Bedouin tents for sleeping and a cosy communal area where you can enjoy a glass of traditional Bedouin tea or a delicious home-cooked meal with fresh local quality products. During the day you can opt to go hiking, go on a jeep tour or ride a camel. Bedding and towels are provided, and the camp is equipped with showers and toilets. Hot solar heated showers are available. The nearest airport is King Hussein International Airport in Aqaba, 39 km from the property. Buses and taxis run from Aqaba and Petra to Rum village, where you will be met by a member of the camp team.

“Good stay in the desert around Wadi Rum.”
Wadi Rum Nature Tours and Camp is one of hundreds of camps in the desert round Wadi Rum. It was quite nice. For 5 persons we had one tent (without bathroom) and one little house (with bathroom), with hot water and toilets. It was far less sandy than I thought it would be. Transfer from Wadi Rum was well arranged, and they showed great flexibility in our arrival time and in arranging a tailor made tour for us. Food at night was traditional (and a bit burnt in the wood fired stove) but nice. Staff very friendly. Surrounding desert great!

“Magical”
This was a really nice stay. As two women traveling we felt very safe thanks to the lovely owners. Great tents, with all the comfort you need. They made us Bedouin-style dinner and were really attentive. After dinner we went for some stargazing. Recommended!

Our stay with Wadi Rum Nature Tours And Camp exceeded our expectations. We did the whole day jeep tour and it was definitely worth it. Our guide Mohamed was very helpful, funny and he taught us some very interesting facts about the desert. Lunch, dinner and breakfast were included. Our accommodation was cosy and clean. I can definitely 100 % recommend this camp.

The owners were very friendly and helpfull. We felt welcome from the moment we met them. They really know everything about wadi rum, which was very interesting. We arrived a bit later in the day and then did a jeep tour until sunset. The desert is beautifull and with a car you can see a lot, every stop is different from the other. The food is traditional and very nice. We came in januari so the nights can get cold, but you get a lot of blankets, so we slept well.

“Wonderful place hosted by warm family”
Radi and his family are very helpful, friendly and loving persons. If you have a question, they will help you immediatly. The accomodation is very peaceful, far away from all the other camps. The food is delicious made by chef (and also "crazy" magician Mustafa). We would recommend this place to anyone. We even booked and an extra night because we really liked it. We are very happy that we came here.

“Perfect place to feel the desert!”
Such accommodation is difficult to rate, simply because it is hard to express in words the feeling you have in the morning, when you wake up, open the door and see the vastity of the pink desert, in a monumental silence... the place just helped us to have all those feelings! Returning to the accommodation, the place was a pleasant surprise: cleanliness, availability of the host, and tent positioning - all were right and fine!

Great location in the park, with a nice view of the valley right from your tent. We stayed in one of the tents which have heir own sanitary facilities, which is a nice added luxury. Be sure to combine your stay with a jeep tour through the area - you will be brought right back to the camp afterwards!
