“Perfect place to experience Wadi Rum! Definitely Recommended!!!”

We had a great time in Rashed’s camp, which is located about 20 min drive from the Wadi Rum village/entrance. You can securely park your car in a gated area before heading to the desert, and pick up times seemed quite flexible. The tents are simple, built in the traditional style, and very comfortable and functional; so is the cozy common area and the bathroom facilities. There is also the possibility of sleeping fully outdoors in a nearby cave. We enjoyed the quiet of the camp and beautiful surroundings for a few hours in the afternoon, while dinner (traditional Bedouin roast prepared under the sand) and evening were lively with dance, tea and conversation around the bonfire and under a beautiful starry sky. We also enjoyed a 2-hour jeep tour which took us to an unforgettable sunset. Rashed and his family were really welcoming, making us feel good and comfortable throughout the stay.

“Amazing”

It is incredibly place, it’s clean, very tidy, with all the comforts. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel at home, it is really an excellent camp, there is even wifi.

Fadi was an amazing host! He met us at the parking in the village and drove us to the camp on his jeep. That was our first time experiencing the magical protected area of wadi rum. Once arrived we started the half day jeep tour, stopping at various amazing places and ending with a bonfire, shisha and a beautiful sunset. We learned a lot about Bedouin culture from Fadi and we 100% can recommend having that experience. There was an amazing dinner, cooked the traditional Bedouin way, waiting for us. Watching the stars and enjoying the silence at night in nature were absolutely beautiful. The next morning we enjoyed a small hike and drove back to the village. Next time we would definitely stay longer! Thank you Fadi for sharing your culture with us!

“Camp in the Wadi Rum protected area run by locals”

Camp is inside Wadi Rum protected area. They had clean toilettes, showers with hot water. Breakfast was basic but great for a desert camp. They offer tours around Wadi Rum. Owned by local family. We met 3 brothers who all did the best to make the stay comfortable.

Incredible place with very sweet people. Good local dinner. At night atmosphere is really dreamy: bedoin tea and shisha in the company of our host in front of the fire under the stars. Next day wonderful trip in the desert on 4x4 and little promenade on the camel.

“Highlight of our trip to Jordan”

This was the highlight of our trip to Jordan, we stayed two nights in the desert and did a full day tour with Awad, one of the brothers working at the camp which took care of us and had a great sense of humour. Very welcoming, great hosts, good food, fire after diner with interesting conversations and star gazing.

We had amazing experience in this camp in the middle of the desert. The hosts were very welcoming and participated with us during dinner, local dancing and evening bonfire talks. We definitely recommend this camp with a real local experience. Also the bathrooms were very clean and enough for all the guests.

Amazing, Rashed and family are all very welcoming. Make sure you WhatsApp your arrival and plans eg tours and he will accommodate. There's hot water and maybe WiFi if you ask nicely. Food is amazing as well as breakfast and lunch (on a day tour)

I really recommend doing a Wadi Rum tour with the magic nature camp! Had such an amazing experience. You get to see so many unique sights in the desert. Also the family is very nice and welcoming. The food was also good. Slept very well in the tent.

Wadi rum is a great, safe place visit So peaceful and Serine. Authentic experience in one of the most beautiful places on the world. All your needs are catered for but no one is ever in your face too much. One of the most incredible experiences of my life and one I will never Forget.
