We didn't like the behaviour of the facility Manager . One of the most annoying thing was the sound of the air-condition , very noisy and we were not able to sleep , we have asked the manager to fix it or to move us to other tent , he were very negative and he said sorry we cant change your room all the conditions here like that , noting most of the tents were vacant at that time , we then spoke again with his assistant and he immediate solve the issue and move us to other tent with no issue with the air-condition . Apart of that , generally the manager of this facility was not professional

Overall it was an amazing experience, a really unique one. Rooms were clean, food was good, and the views are astonishing.

Location is the best. The food is indescribable, the night tour especially with tea in the middle of the desert. Riding a camel at sunrise was like no other, and riding a jeep takes you to places you have never seen before. In conclusion, I highly recommend it ❤️

We stayed one night at this camp and loved every minute of it. It was clean and friendly, the service and food were excellent, and the desert itself was very clean and presentable. We did a half day jeep tour which we loved, it gives you a feeling of peace, tranquility and scenic beauty of the place. And leaving the tent at night - a wonder of stars. I would love to come back one day And spend more time.

Traditional Bedouin Dinner Kindness From the | moment we arrived at Wadirum, we were welcomed warmly. They offered us a welcome drink along with an explanation of the hotel. They always smiled and spoke kindly when they spoke to us. I work in the service industry, so I'm very picky about service, but I can say their service is extraordinary. Consideration During dinner time, we wanted to take a video, so we set up a selfie stick. After they saw that, they opened the curtains for us. After the meal, they came up to us and asked us if we would like to join for tea in the tent if we felt cold. They anticipated our needs even before we asked for help and provided it to us. Deluxe room configuration We actually booked this hotel because it looked so new and it was! All furnishings were new and luxurious, comfortable bed, soft duvet and pillows, heater and hot water shower available. Traditional Bedouin Dinner I booked half board, so dinner was included. I thought it was going to be just a regular dinner But it exceeded my expectations and was something very luxurious

We absolutely loved everything about implementing the perfect camping experience. It was one of the most special places we visited during our stay in Jordan. They were very cheerful and accommodated everything we wanted to do in the Wadi Rum desert (camel ride, jeep tour, stargazing tour which we liked very well). We also got a free upgrade to a larger room with our own bathroom. Who was very nice and kind. It was a fresh start with lots of new things and tea drinking (all day long). Also the food was very good. The place is very generally designed, perfect for display. I will come back, definitely
