Staff were lovely and went beyond in making our trip perfect

Very clean, easy to get to and very friendly staff. Great communication as well. All relevant information is sent by WhatsApp well in advance and make sure to read all of the information. Food was great for dinner and breakfast. 3 hour jeep tour and sunset was very enjoyable and got some great photos.

“Beautiful place, but important information about hidden costs”

The bubble hotel is absolutely beautiful, located in the middle of an incredible landscape — truly a unique and peaceful experience. I would definitely stay here again because the setting is magical and the idea of sleeping under the stars is amazing. However, it's really important to clarify that the pricing is misleading. When booking, it shows that the bubble costs around €10 per night, but once you arrive, the host requires you to pay for additional excursions (it is obligatory). In our case, we had a rental car and could have easily reached the bubble ourselves (there is a marked road and the terrain is not deep desert sand like in the Sahara). Still, the host insisted we park at his house and go with him in his car. Once we arrived at the bubble, he told us that we either had to book an excursion with him (which we didn’t plan to do), or pay an extra €20 per person — which he justified as “marketing.” Honestly, this felt a bit like a scam. I expected to pay only what was shown on Booking, but in the end I was forced to spend much more. To sum up: Pros: Beautiful location, magical experience, peaceful atmosphere. Cons: The pricing is not transparent, and you should be prepared to pay significantly more than what is shown when booking. I still recommend the place — as long as you are aware of these extra costs from the beginning.

I experienced wonderful hospitality! The food was good, but the dancing was even better. I was also impressed by how good the wifi was and how nice the rooms/bedrooms were, considering the fact that you’re in the middle of the desert. I highly recommend staying here during your visit to Wadi Rum.

Great hospitality and camp ... The food is also awesome ... The family was courteous to adjust the menu as per our food preferences....Saifs family made us feel as if we were at home...the tour is also fabulous...must visit

Perfect na perfect ito for a staycation!

It was amazing staying in the property, the jeep safari was amazing with Saif . So entertaining and was funny and we enjoyed a lot with staying at wadi rum

Amazing views, great food, wonderful friendly service. It's nice that it's away from the road and other campgrounds, so it's very quiet, peaceful and feels much more natural. Would definitely recommend!

Hello, our trip to this camp was very beautiful and wonderful. Mr. Saif received us with a wonderful and amazing reception. The room is beautiful and clean. The Bedouin food is really delicious. We took a 6-hour tour with the driver Faisal. We enjoyed this trip with him. Thank you, Mr. Saif, for this reception.

The camp is situated in a quiet place between rocks, equipment is comfortable and clean. We were there in winter, so it was pretty cold during the nights, but manageable. And services of Saif and his family are amazing! Great jeep expeditions, bedouin visits, really good home-cooked food by the camp chef. Thanks!

“Affordable bubble tent, but you also get what you pay, less than other places.”

The location and bubble tent were nice for the price.

Everything, the hospitality of the staff, the bubll tent where wonderful with fantastic views, quite location , you can enjoy the sunset from them. Also great activities, tour jeeps, Camel route and you eat a lot.

This was a great hotel experience. The accommodations were very clean and the food was great, but the real bonus was the amazing staff who were so friendly. They helped us book camel and jeep tours and were very flexible with all our excursions. I give this 5 stars for the amazing people.
