“Nice friendly camp”

The tent was big and the Washroom was very clean. I also like the terrace. The social tent was really nice and the food was very delicious. It also had some books and board games.Mohmad was really very friendly and he helped me with the transportation. The tour was good. At night, I managed to see the stars.

“The best camp worth a visit 5 stars”

I love that it was self sufficient! Lots of food, supplies, amenities (hot water, place to sit outside and set up a fire, clean and located next to a beautiful backdrop), and best staff! We had a variety of meals at each time of the day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and it was always hot and fresh, plenty of water and chai/tea. On our last night we had a tandoor meal (meal cooked under ground), and it was delicious. Halil, our host was highly accommodating and Abdullah was a wonderful cook! The bathrooms were very clean and we always had hot water.

“Amazing place — we never wanted to leave”

We booked only one night, and we were so sorry that we didn’t stay longer! You could not stay in a more beautiful location. The rooms are tranquil, quiet, and have a view out over the dunes and desert hills that’s to die for. If you want to explore Wadi Rum and then feel like you’re getting away from it all, this is the place to be.

“A camp worth visiting with a 5-star service”

Perfect location. Many other camps are located near to the road or even outside of the desert but this one has a perfect location inside the desert and with astonishing views! The staff was amazing! We spent unforgettable moments around the fireplace hearing Bedouin stories. If you are looking for an authentic Jordan experience you won’t find a better place!

Our stay at the Royal WADI CAMP was an amazing experience. The hosts took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable and well provided for. We stayed in the bubble tent and the view from our tent was incredible. The tent was very spacious and we had our own private bathroom which was very practical as we were traveling as a family with two kids. We did the 5 hour tour provided by the camp which took us to 5 of the top sights in WADI Rum. The entire experience was enjoyable and memorable for the entire family. The highlight being the bedoin tea sipped while watching the sun set. Thank you to our host Sulymam for looking after us so well and I wish this establishment lots of success.

“Excellent staff and great views - free car park is difficult to find.”

Location was great - you're really immersed in the middle of the desert. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the tours they offered were good too. We did the 4 hour tour and thought it was great seeing all the sights. We also hadn't booked a star-gazing tour in the evening but they offered it to us for free which was great. Food was traditional food & they showed you how it is cooked too. The views from the room were amazing.

“Amazing stay in the desert - must visit!”

Amazing experience! This really is a beautiful place, must visit! Mohammed and his staff are the best! You will feel right at home from the start, and if you want, the camp offers great activities for exploring the desert. We had a traditional dinner, which was great. And went on a jeep tour. If you go to Wadi Rum, this place comes highly recommended. We will definitely come back here, it has everything you need for a superb desert stay.

This camp was the best choice so far! Mohmmad and his cousin are absolutely amazing people! Their well equipped camp is located in a breathtaking area. The Wadi Rum desert is something unique in this planet, but for us definitely the stay was so special because of the guides. They organised an unbelievable tour for us with extremelly delicious local food and tried to make our stay unforgettable. In this World there are just a few places where tourists are not treated like a good source of money, but at this camp we were treated like family, unlike anything we've ever experienced before. Thank you guys for this lifetime experience! Still miss this place and can't wait to return

‏visited the Wadi Rum Royal Camp twice this year, once in March with a friend and then again in August, solo. Both experiences reaffirmed that it is indeed the best place with the most amazing people. In March, the camp greeted us with its breathtaking desert landscape. The accommodations were cozy, blending harmoniously with the surroundings, and the staff's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We embarked on exhilarating desert adventures, guided by knowledgeable locals who shared their deep insights into Wadi Rum's history and culture. Returning in August alone, I wasn't sure if the magic of my first visit could be replicated. However, Wadi Rum Travel Camp exceeded my expectations once more. The tranquil beauty of the desert was just as captivating, and the staff's genuine kindness made me feel like family. The solo experience was equally enriching, as the camp provided opportunities to meet fellow travelers and forge new connections. Wadi Rum Royal Camp is more than just a place to stay; it's an oasis of authenticity in the heart of the desert. Whether you visit with friends or venture alone, you'll find the same exceptional hospitality and unforgettable adventures. It's truly the best place with the best people, and I can't wait to return again.

“Comfortable camp with kind owners”

There is a lot to say about this extraordinary camp. First of all, Mohammad and his family are some of the most hospitable people we met in our trip to Jordan. Their willingness to make your stay as memorable and flawless is truly noticeable. The facilities and all the activities they offer are not only one of a kind but they are also undoubtedly WORTH every penny. The experiences this camp provide are invaluable and I would surely suggest this camp to anyone looking to make unique memories. The people, the setting, the jeep tour, the food, the camels... everything was remarkable and I will cherish my time there for the rest of my life.

A place that makes you feel like home. The view is breathtaking. I have no words to describe the beauty of the camp. The food was the best we ate during our stay in Jordan. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are new. “Outstanding stay”

Guys. I don't have enough superlatives to describe this place; suffice it to say that WHEN I return to Jordan, I will be spending at least a week here. The room was comfortable with an amazing view, the area was warm and welcoming (loved the diwaniya), food was tasty, staff were absolutely amazing, and I left feeling completely peaceful. 5+ stars.

Our time at Royal Wadi Rum Camp was amazing. Ahmad, was incredibly friendly and patient, always accommodating our requests and sharing his knowledge of Wadi Rum's history and Bedouin lifestyle. As our skilled driver, he ensured our safety while navigating the desert's rough terrain with ease. Originally planning to stay for just one night, we were so captivated by the beauty and tranquility of Wadi Rum that we extended our stay for another night. The camp Royal Wadi Rum Camp was clean, they served some delicious food. Overall, our experience with Royal Wadi Rum Camp was fantastic. If you're thinking about visiting Wadi Rum, I highly recommend them.

It was magical! I booked one night and wish to stay more. We arrived around 6:30pm, Ahmed was very helpful since booking and carried out the entire stay, he was always in touch and ready to help with whatever we needed, he picked us up and took us to the camp in time to watch the beautiful sunset, his family was very kind and helpful, They prepared us a delicious dinner which was cooked underground and after relaxing and drinking some tea we went to see the stars, this was the most magical experience and I highly recommend doing this. The campground was very nice, clean and very comfortable to stay there! I will definitely come back and stay longer!

An unforgetable experience in the desert. We went to see the sun set behind the rocks, and in the middle of the night gathered together to see the stars against the backdrop of nothingness. It was the perfect moment to shut daily life out, and feel alive.

“Jordanian Experience”

I can’t say enough great things about this luxury camp experience from the warm welcome to the delicious food and the fantastic scenic ride through the canyons. if you are hesitant to visit Jordan because of the war in Israel don’t be. It doesn’t feel like there is insecurity in Jordan while you are there on the contrary is very safe even when you are by yourself walking around Amman. Take advantage of the low tourism as the sites that are usually crowded. It will be much more comfortable to visit to take pictures without having to fight the crowds. We stayed in the Martian tent but the other tents are very nice also. The public bathrooms are also clean. The meals and presentation of the food was worthy of a five star resort rating.

Excellent experience at ROYAl WADI RUM CAMP. The tents are comfortable and clean, and the activities offered are very enjoyable. The food was delicious and varied. I loved the quiet atmosphere and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city

“Nice ambiance,Delicious Food!”

The Food here is really amazing!we have the best lamb for dinner,the rest of the food like salads and chicken was so perfect!For sure we will come back here again.They also have a good Manager Ahmed,as he discussed the foods before dinner.Would Like also to recommend the tour Guide namely Mohamed, who brought us here,and we really feel secured. Amazing!!!
