Good communication, overall good experience. We would return. Good facilities, the rooms all had shower, toilet and aircon/ heating facilities.

We stayed one nigh, as a couple and really enjoyed it. For the desert, the conditions are more than decent: hot water, heating - AC, and a comfortable stay overall. Dinner was good, breakfast was okay but could be improved. The jeep tours were fun, though a bit more explanation during the tour would have made the experience better. Overall, a very nice place and we felt one night wasn’t quite enough. 9/10.

The Panorama Wadi Rum camp provided one stop service such as; jeep tour, camel ride and morning balloon tour. Hani, I'm not sure if he is the owner or not, offered those service with reasonable price.

“Fantastic experience in Wadi Rum”

The room was comfortable. Shower worked well. I got a room with an incredible view. And beyond that, Hani was great - he picked me up from the visitor centre and was always responsive to questions. Kudos to his cousin Abdullah as well who drove me out on a jeep tour and dropped me off at the visitor centre when I had to leave. And last but not least, the rest of the staff who fed us with delicious food and tea.

Room was excellent, two hour jeep tour was brilliant, and arranged at very short notice. Price was extremely reasonable for the services offered. Breakfast was also very satisfactory.

I spent NYE in the camp. The entire experience was incredible and absolutely everything about the place exceeded my expectations. From the people, to the venue, to the festive hall decorated for Christmas, the fire and fresh tea, to the food and even NYE music and fireworks. I was travelling alone and really felt like part of a family with the host. I will be back with my children. Highly recommend.

Lovely host, no scams - and I did plenty of research. I guess this is one you definitely got safe in terms of no hidden fees (which other properties unfortunately do). So look no further.

Everything in this place is amazing. The staff and team are extremely hospitable, ensuring guests were comfortable. We had a noisy neighbour but didnt think much about it — the next morning, the team told us they had handled it and apologised, even though we did not complain at all! Its these small things that makes the experience here a level above any other hotel we’ve stayed at around the globe. Beyond that, the dinner served here is amazing, with beautifully smoked meat alongside a wide selection of sides and vegetables. We even went behind to the kitchen to take a peep at how it was cooked, and the staff graciously explained how they do it and even let us put wood into the fire! Theres also a lovely tea room where everyone in the camp hangs out. We met so many lovely people there and drank the best tea ever. Of course, this stay also takes the cake for its amazing location with our bubble tent facing a beautiful sunset. Besides that, my fiance had sought their help to plan a proposal, which they helped make possible. If you decide to go to panorama, i highly recommend their private jeep tour for 8 hours. Its an amazing experience full of beautiful sights! I cannot emphasise this enough — panorama is the best camp in wadi rum. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The camp is beautifully located in the Restricted area, but you still have phone service, next to a huge rock. The bubbles and tents are very clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms and hot water. The owner, Hani, was the best host, offered us everything we needed and was extremely attentive to our needs. Very good prices for the trips, very helpful staff, excelent food and abundant. We took the camel riding at sunset, the star gaizing trip and the 4 hour desert safari with 5 stops. Seqbara canion was our favorite. Also you can book lunch with them, they got everything covered. You just need to mention what you want. In the camp there is a beautiful setting outside to enjoy a hot bedouin tea and a shisha. Wish we could have stayed at least 2 nights, because during the day it was really warm and at night the minimum was 12° C. Thank you again for everything!

Great place, fantastic host. Pleasure to be there

Great experience at the heart of Wadi Rum Desert. The camp is a few minutes by Jeep away from the parking. We left our car there and were driven to the camp by Hani, their wonderful host. Since the camp is basically at the middle of nowhere, we didn't expect great facilities, but the room was very cozy and clean, beds were confortable and the shower was warm, which is much appreciated when it's cold at night. The restaurant area is huge, and the food for dinner was great with diverse options. We booked a couple of activities for the night and the next day, exploring the desert with a driver, who gave us explanations and offered us tea.

“Amazing personal private dessert experience!”

The hosts were lovely, a family business. They guided us to get to the property and then immediately had the sunset camel ride ready for us. The next day we went on a four hour private jeep tour which the kids loved. We got to meet lots of locals and share the delicious local tea! We were upgraded to a bubble tent which was amazing to open the curtains and see the amazing views. The camp looked beautiful lit up at night. A magical experience! All mod cons in the tent too with AC, bathroom, shower, fridge and kettle!
