“Magical Desert Stay with Genuine Bedouin Hospitality 🌟”
Staying at Discover the life of Wadi Rum was one of the best experiences of my trip to Jordan! The camp is beautifully located among the stunning red desert landscapes — peaceful, magical, and perfect for stargazing at night. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made everyone feel welcome, sharing stories about Bedouin culture and life in the desert. The food was delicious and plentiful, especially the traditional Bedouin dinner cooked underground. The Jeep tour through the desert was unforgettable — breathtaking views, sand dunes, and a true sense of adventure. Everything was perfectly organized and full of authentic atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to truly experience the magic of Wadi Rum!

Best experience in Jordan. Best food we ate in our entire trip in Jordan. Awad and his nephew, the hosts, were amazing and helped us with all we needed. Definatelly we will come back

“A fantastic desert, with fabulous colours, which was enhanced by the friendliness of the staff”
All the food was provided and was of a good quality and quantity. The trips into the desert were excellent and the guide Ahmed knew the area very well and it is a huge area to cover. A cup of hot, black, sweet tea was always available, even at 6 in the morning before the sun could rise. A brilliant time.

“Amazing experience in an amazing place!”
It's far from the other camps, Awad, Abdul and Magbol were great host. The swing in the middle of wadi rum is great to just contemplate the desert or the millions of stars. Dinner was amazing, common area is beautiful with fire. Breakfast was great. Top capacity is 10 people so you'll have peace and quiet

“AMAZING ADVENTURE!”
This particular camp was not available at the time we arrived due to heavy rainfall the night before and it was not ideal for guests. We were offered a very similar camp instead and we were extremely satisfied. Magbol, his son and all the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Magbol took us on a tour of the desert and we were very impressed! He made sure we got the best experience and he looked after us very well. we loved our stay!

I spent 1 week choosing my camp in Wadi Rum. I was looking for an isolated camp and far away from the tourist spots, and I got it with Discover the Life! Only 5 tends means you can enjoy the real atmosphere of the desert and the staff was amazing. Ali was our guide for the amazing 8h tour. He is a wonderful man, he loves the desert and it shows. He was an Arabic teacher and listen to his stories was really interesting. He took us to some unconventional amazing spots, were just few guides arrived due to the distance. If you want to live an authentic experience choose this camp asking for Ali as your guide (if is available) and bring him the greetings of Laura and Davide. Last suggestion for you... take your time in the desert! 3 days is the best time to discover all the amazing spots out there, but if you only have 1 night, please try the 8 hour tour! Enjoy!

Wonderful place to stay in Wadi Rum, not so close to the village or other camps. It's a family camp and everybody was very friendly and helpful. Food was great and view from tent also amazing :)

The desert is beautiful and we had a good time on the full day 4x4 tour. The food was enjoyable and plenty of coffee and tea on offer.
