“Fantastic Host, Rooms, Facilities and Location .Great value”

Qays is a fantastic host. Very helpful and friendly. Wateen home is in a good location. Took 12 mins to walk to entrance of Petra. 4 mins to Town center. All the facilities anyone could need are there. Great kitchen with everything you need. Nice bathroom and hot shower. The room I stayed in was large .Very comfortable bed. Nice lighting with plenty of drawers. City views out of windows. His place is very clean and very safe. I highly recommend any singles or couples Wateen Home. I will stay there again for sure when I return

Had a great stay at Wateen Home. The kitchen is really well quipped and the rooms are cozy. All throughout Jordan the blankets were thick and warm and this place was no exception.

“Exceptional home”

It's located in peaceful place, just in the middle of Petra information centre and City of Wadi Musa. I rested for few days, it was just like home. Quais is excellent human being, can give you a feel of Jordanian culture. Very knowledgeable and speaks perfect English. Kitchen is basic, but that is no problem.

Perfect location, easy walk down to Petra with plenty of food options along the way. Nice, clean room with a shared bathroom and kitchen. Owner is wonderful! Great to have a chat and tea with if you’re around in the evenings.

A convenient location for Petra about 15 minutes walk . The stay was fine for two days.Host was very attentive to our needs. He even arranged a private lift to Amman at a much cheaper rate than what a taxi would cost.

A lovely place. The man who rents the rooms was so kind and helpful. Little kitchen to cook was handy and room was clean and bright. I enjoyed the little outside erea with a cute view of the town. Thank you.

Cozy and peaceful. Host recommended to go for dinner at Falafel Time nearby and it was really a great meal!

Very friendly and hospitable owner. He enabled me an early check-in. The place is located within walking distance from the Visitor's Centre. Very clean. Good value for money.

Location was great Qais and Abdullah were very kind and helpful. Qais allowed us to leave a bit late instead of the appointed time and we had a lovely chat. Really, really great host. Wonderful neighbours.

The price was very good, and the location is not far from Petra visitors centre. The WiFi worked well The staff were friendly, offering us tea on arrival and helping us with small things throughout our stay. There was some pressure on our arrival to book further services, eg Petra tours, or dinners, but this let up after we politely declined a couple of times. Drinking water was available at a cost of 1JD per large bottle. They provide lunchboxes and dinners. We did not try the dinner but it looked like it would have been good. The lunchboxes were fine, if a little on the expensive side for what they were.

Great location, short walk to Petra entrance and close to restaurants and shops. Friendly, helpful staff arranged bus to Wadi Rum for me with pick up at hotel

Cheap and close to Petra. The hosts were also very nice offering me breakfast and meals everyday! The kitchen is a bit worn down but still useable.

Great place, only 15 minutes walk from the Petra visitor centre. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again!

“Affordable Room with Generous Meals”

Abdullah was an amazing host. He ensured I was comfortable and even provided an additional meal for a good local price. The room was huge and the bed was comfortable.

Very good location - 5min drive or 15-20min walk to Petra entrance and 5min walk to Wadi Musa town center with all the restaurants. Nice view from the roof terrace.

“Perfect for visiting Petra”

The location is perfect. The owner, Kais is very friendly, he provided us with a very good restaurant idea and we were also given a room with a private bathroom depsite the fact should have received a room with a shared bathroom.
