“Clean hostel Top location”

I had a great stay at Petra Voyager Hostel. The hostel is very clean, well-organized, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to give advice about visiting Petra and the surrounding areas. The rooms are comfortable, with good beds and clean bathrooms, and the common areas are perfect for relaxing or meeting other travelers. The food is very nice, fresh, and tasty, which makes the stay even better. The location is excellent very close to the Petra Visitor Center, making early morning visits easy. A big plus is the daily shuttle service to Wadi Rum, which is very convenient and well organized. Overall, it offers amazing value for money and truly feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Petra.

“Cleanest Hostel friendly staff”

Petra Voyager Hostel exceeded all my expectations and was easily one of the best hostels I stayed in during my trip to Jordan. The hostel is spotlessly clean, well organized, and designed with travelers in mind. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and air-conditioned, with good beds that make it easy to rest after a long day exploring Petra. The staff are truly exceptional, incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with advice, transportation, and tips for visiting Petra. They go above and beyond to make guests feel at home, creating a warm and social atmosphere without being overwhelming. The location is perfect, very close to Petra’s entrance, making early morning visits easy and stress-free. The common areas are cozy and great for meeting other travelers, and the overall vibe of the hostel is relaxed and positive. If you’re visiting Petra and want a clean, comfortable, affordable place with amazing hospitality, Petra Voyager Hostel is the perfect choice. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Wadi Musa.

“Hotel name was different, and I can't find it”

I am demanding booking.com to resolve this situation. When I arrived Petra, I hired a taxi driver to look for this hotel and this address, the taxi driver driving around for good 20 minute and cannot find this hotel, and the taxi driver even call 3 times and did not get a popper address from this hotel . After over half hour driving and can not find the correct hotel. it cost me 10 USD, I walked down the street and look at every building, and asked many people, they told me it was the yellow building. so, i walked up to that yellow building to the top floor, but no one answer the door. finally, someone helped me and called the hotel again, they told me was on the other side of the yellow building, but the hotel was under different name, no wonder the driver and me can not find it. after almost one hour of search, I was tried of this hotel service, because no one come for help, I said to them on the phone, I can not carry 30 LB suitcase and to walk up to the 5th floors , a lady came out of the top floor of the staircase and spoke to me from the top, But does not offer any help or suggestion. so I said this is not the hotel that I booked, it was misinformation, so, I am not checking in .... ( the lady that I speak to was in one of the photo) I am wondering, I trust Booking.com, I trust your company service for many years for verify hotel location and confirm the hotel name, what happened to this one, and the customer service? would that be lots unhappy review out there, then change the hotel name to avoid any charge? I did not want to hurt this hotel nor Booking.com business to post this situation, but after 3 weeks of waiting, I still didn't see any solution or refunded from the hotel and Booking.com, so, I decided to explain what happened in here with photos. As you can see, the hotel name was different, and how can you carry 30 LB suitcase to walk up to the top floor in this not safe staircase?
