The location is close to the petra tourism center. Clean and friendly staffs. Very quiet with lots of rules to keep it(not speaking in the room and 6am-11pm bath time, etc.)

! I had a fantastic experience at Petra Inbox Hostel. The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk from the Petra Visitor Centre, which made it super convenient for early morning exploration. The capsule-style beds were surprisingly comfortable and clean, offering just the right amount of privacy. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. They gave great tips for visiting Petra and even offered a delicious lunch box option for the hike. The entire hostel was very clean, the atmosphere was cozy, and the shared spaces were perfect for meeting other travelers. It’s excellent value for money, especially considering the facilities like lockers, Wi-Fi, and even an optional shuttle service. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Petra, especially solo travelers or backpackers looking for a friendly, well-located, and affordable place to stay. I’ll definitely come back

Very good value, comfortable bed, food was decent. And there are lockers to put belongings after checkout which was very handy.

“Top Location 5 minutes to Petra Gate”

It was a really amazing visit. The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff was great, the service was excellent. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at your hostel The service provided by your staff was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Every team member I encountered was attentive and eager to assist, making my stay incredibly pleasant.

The best thing with the hostel is how helpful the personal is. It was a little cold and they offered an extra blanket. Even when I didn't ask for it. Then because I lost part of my luggage I did not have changed of clothing. And they offered me some extra t shirt and sleeping pants they had, without wanting money I offered. They are simply kind and humble personal so you can feel safe. Dinner is tasty and much cheaper than other places. Very good location too if you want to start Petra early in the morning. I am glad I stayed with them ☺️

We loved that place! The box was really comfy, the staff really nice, amazing lunch box to visit Petra and perfect location, next to the Visitor Centre. I recommend without a doubt!

“Comfortable”

Perfect location. 7min walk from Petra site main gate. The owner seems friendly. I was upgraded to a double cabin, it was good amount of space. I like that the door closes. But be aware, the double room mentioned while booking, is only a double space in a common room with multiple people. There are lockers for valuables.

Great hostel and hospitality. I had lunch here with friends and the proprietor. It was very tasty, and I’d recommend this hotel for ambience and it’s location to Petra ancient historical site. Returned here for refreshments sitting outside after Petra tour

The inbox is very comfortable and nicely decorated. Its location is ideal for quickly going to the Petra visitor center.
