We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff stood out for their responsiveness — they were extremely prompt in answering any questions and quick to provide anything we requested. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, offering a great start to the day. What we appreciated most was how helpful the team was beyond just the stay — they gave us useful tips that made our visit to Petra much easier and more enjoyable. They also recommended a fantastic place for dinner where we got to try authentic Jordanian cuisine, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip. Overall, a smooth, comfortable experience with genuinely helpful hospitality.

Nice modern room with same in room amenities one would expect at a Hilton or similar. Provided full cleaning and replaced amenities each day.

It was truly an exceptional stay! I travelled solo off-season, so the hotel was almost empty, it was very quiet and calm! Great value for money. The room had all necessary amenities, the facilities were pretty modern and up to date. Million thanks to Najati, the manager of the hotel. This was, hands down, the best accommodation we found in the whole of Jordan. No contest. It completely exceeded our expectations. First, the room felt genuinely modern and thoughtfully equipped. So many little details were provided that really surprised us in the best way, including snacks, towels, a razor, and slippers. It made the stay feel effortless and very comfortable. Second, the staff were outstanding. Everyone was warm, polite, and genuinely helpful, and we especially loved the receptionist, Makati. We asked for his name because we wanted to leave a specific compliment, and he said he did not need personal credit because he represents the hotel. That attitude says everything. Service, cleanliness, breakfast, and any questions we had were all handled with care and attention. Finally, the price was very reasonable. It is a short distance from Petra, so we took a five minute taxi ride, and you can also walk if you prefer. The bonus is that it is very close to the main restaurant street, which is an easy walk.

“The most strategic choice for a Petra visit.”

A clean hotel located quite close to the Petra Visitor Center. We chose this place because we had heard so many good things about the gentleman at the reception — and the reviews are indeed fair. He gave us great tips on how to explore Petra in the most efficient way over two days. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and although we didn’t get to try the lunch or dinner, the prices looked very reasonable. A perfect place to stay for those who want to take a strategic approach to their Petra visit.

Accomodation was great, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty with lot of different choices. Mr Najati as a host was very kind and helpful, his advices and recommendations for visiting the city and Petra was most helpful.

Great hospitality and explained everything very well! Recommended.

Firstly all the reception staff were so nice - smiley, helpful, courteous and all with very good English. The lobby was large and light and included the breakfast room (if a little bland and characterless). Our room (for 3) was a good size and was airy and comfortable and clean with comfy beds and pillows. The bathroom was fine for size although the shower cubicle was a little small. Complimentary snacks and water were provided which was nice. The hotel is nicely located close to many good restaurants. While all guest parking is on the road we didn't have trouble finding a space over the 3 days. The hotel is only a short drive (but quite a long and hilly walk) from Petra (free) car park. We were all very pleased with the quality of the hotel and found it great value for money.

The staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel home. Very reactive to any request. The bed is very comfortable and the room spacious. The room was very quiet for an excellent night sleep, despite being in the heart of the city center. The breakfast, local style, very nice.
