We paid this hotel twice. We went to the receptiondesk and asked attention for this problem. But we were wrong said the hotel. We went back home and saw that we paid twice for the hotel. We are still mailing with the hotel and Booking.com Nobody is taking responsability. We are very disappointed.

We arrived at 2am and Terri at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. This hotel was located perfectly next to downtown. We did not try the breakfast but were conveniently next to a near coffee shop.
