“Scary and dirty”
Room was dirty. Carpet squished in places. Door could no be safely secured. Smelled.

“Nice warm spot to get out of the cold”
The room was clean and comfortable. Overall feel was of being in a nice townhouse complex surrounded by industrial buildings. It was too cold to use the outdoor pool, but it looked clean and refreshing. Breakfast was adequate.

The pool was refreshing. Plenty of parking spaces available, even close to hotel entrance. A lovely large picture of flowers above the bed made the room look appealing.

“Very comfortable & fun”
The breakfast was not the best & the coffee was not good. But it was very clean & the beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

JJ was great! Greeted me immediately, and helped me with a booking error. She made my difficult travel day all good! The newly renovated property is very clean and the bed was comfy!

Good friendly and co-operative staff, had good range of pamphlets, which most places don’t keep now.. Highly recommended.
